American Alpaca Clothing is an American Company dedicated to the production, import and export of garments from Alpaca, Pima, Tanguis and blends for customers who value the alpaca and premium cotton fibers and to provide in the end a product with high added value to the consumer.

American Alpaca Clothing (AAC) respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining it. Information you share with us is never sold or shared with anyone or any company.

How we use your information:

To process your order and if subscribed to our mailing list to inform you by email or other available means of products, services, promotions and special offers from AAC. We will only contact you by telephone if there is a query regarding your order or you request us to do so.

General browsing:
AAC gathers navigational information about where visitors go on our Web site. This information allows us to see which areas of our Web site are most visited and helps us improve the quality of your online experience by recognizing and delivering more of the most desired features and services. Additional non personally identifiable information (for example, domain type, browser version, service provider, IP address) may also be collected which will provide information regarding the general use of our Web site.

Alpaca:
Minimums:
>Knitting: 12 items/style in up to 4 colors. This includes sweaters, ponchos, skirts, Pants, and gloves, anyhow some items have 6 pieces minimum/style/color/6 sizes.
>Weaving: 40 pieces per style and color. This incudes scarves, stoles, and pashimas
>Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, XL.

Cotton Products

Minimums vary but items currently in production 350/style/color. Items not in production 2000-3500/style

Production Timming:
> 8 weeks approx.

Custom Prototype Time: 15 days; Price: 2 x FOB price.

Samples Time: 30 days approximate from time of approval of the prototype.

Pricing:
>Orders: According to our FOB price and minimums from sizes XS to XL. Add 10% for sizes over XL.

Teddy Bears:

*Suggested age 4 years and above.
>USPS Parcel Post shipping cost allowance, included in the price of the bears

Minimum 06 units.

Delivery: 7 business days approx.

Payments for production items:

50% at time of order, balance at the time of shipping, including shipping cost.

Shipping calculated by email, except the teddy bears.
